Lighthouse Tour Sunday October 7, 2007

Take a tour of the last wooden lighthouse on the Hudson River. Esopus Meadows Lighthouse will open its doors only once this year for the public to view the ongoing restoration project on Sunday October 7, 2007.
Come aboard the 44 foot Estuary Steward for a beautiful fall ride on the Hudson River to the Esopus Meadows Lighthouse. The cost of this trip will be $25 and includes:
- Boat ride to the lighthouse
- Tour of the lighthouse
- 2007-2008 membership to the Esopus Meadows Lighthouse
- Newsletter mailings about the lighthouse

The Estuary Steward will depart from the Hudson River Maritime Museum at 11:00 AM sharp. It will return to the museum dock about 2:00 PM. Click here for directions to the Maritime Museum.
Please note that due to the ongoing renovations, this tour is not recommended for people who have difficulties climbing stairs, moving about on uneven surfaces and children under 12.
